Ownership and Editorial Independence

The owner of the Economics, Business and Organization Research journal is Malton London Yönetim Danışmanlığı Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi (a management consultancy company based in Türkiye). The journal operates in accordance with the principles of academic publishing, publication ethics standards, and the applicable legal framework, and adopts a transparent, accountable, and sustainable approach to the management of its publication processes. Journal ownership relates to the administrative and financial aspects of publishing activities and is independent of the editorial processes involved in the development of the journal’s scholarly content.

All editorial decisions regarding manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal are made by the Editor-in-Chief. The Editor-in-Chief independently makes decisions regarding evaluation, acceptance, revision, or rejection, without being subject to the influence of any individual, institution, organization, or interest group, and solely on the basis of scientific criteria, ethical principles, and the journal’s publication policies. Journal ownership does not imply involvement in editorial decisions or direction of the editorial process; editorial independence is one of the fundamental principles of the journal.
