Aim and Scope

Journal of Economics, Business and Organization Research (EBOR) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal that operates under a double-blind review process. EBOR aims to publish research in the fields of business, management, economics, finance, public administration, economic sociology, work sociology, and organizational sociology. The journal accepts manuscripts in both Turkish and English. Articles written in Turkish include an extended English abstract. The journal is open to authors and reviewers from different countries and encourages international academic collaboration.

Journal of EBOR welcomes theoretical, conceptual, and empirical studies. Priority is given to research that demonstrates strong scientific originality, contributes to the existing literature, and shows methodological rigor.

Journal of EBOR also covers studies conducted at the intersection of business, management, economics, and organizational sociology. Practice-oriented research and studies informed by sectoral experiences that strengthen knowledge sharing and collaboration between academia and industry are also considered for publication. EBOR seeks to establish an effective bridge between scientific knowledge and practical applications, thereby contributing to both academic and sectoral development.

Journal of EBOR is published in two issues per year.
