Economics, Business and Organization Research (EBOR) is a peer-reviewed and scholarly journal that aims to publish original and high-quality academic studies in the field of social sciences, primarily in business, management, economics, and organizational sociology. The journal seeks to contribute to the literature by featuring theoretical, conceptual, and empirical research.

EBOR conducts its evaluation process through a double-blind peer review system and makes its editorial decisions in line with scientific criteria. Principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and academic ethics are strictly observed throughout the review process.

The journal accepts manuscripts written in Turkish and English and publishes two issues per year. For manuscripts prepared in Turkish, the submission of an extended English abstract is mandatory. EBOR is open to authors and reviewers from different countries and encourages international academic collaboration.

All articles published in EBOR are provided as open access and are freely accessible to readers. Open access practices are implemented independently of the peer review and editorial decision-making processes.

As of 2026, the publishing ownership of Economics, Business and Organization Research (EBOR) has been transferred to Malton London Management Consultancy Organization Trade Limited Company. From this date onward, the journal’s editorial structure, publication processes, and policy framework have been updated and restructured; however, the journal’s peer-reviewed publication principles, scientific quality, and academic mission continue in continuity with its previous publication periods.

The journal’s ethical principles, peer review process, open access practices, copyright policy, fee policy, and other publication principles are explained in detail on the relevant policy pages.
